The flowers you put together for our wedding were absolutely stunning. You completely blew my expectations out of the water, I started crying when I saw my bouquet and the arbor!!! What happens when you reach out?
Once you reach out, we will set up an in-person meeting so we can get to know each other! We will typically meet 3 times with you to get needed details for planning your wedding flowers. We know changes can happen and so we make a plan to meet with you a few times.
Our first meeting is typically after you get your date and venue solidified. This provides you an opportunity to give us your initial thoughts and we can then give you in turn some things to think about as you continue to plan. We can work up an initial quote after this meeting if we have enough information from you. Initial thoughts and initial quotes can change while we walk out the process. Your date is confirmed with a non-refundable $250 deposit to come off the balance at a later date. Your date is confirmed with us when we receive this initial down payment.
Our next meeting will be about 2 months out when more details have been decided. These meetings can be done over the phone, zoom, or in-person. We are available in between meeting times to answer questions and help with decisions. These are mile markers in the planning. At this point you will have a better idea on numbers attending, and details for the reception will be able to be confirmed.
We place our order based on this meeting. Minor changes can be made until 1 month out and then we are locked in. Your final payment is due in full 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Our final meeting is 1 month out for any last minute changes and updates. We will confirm everything with you for delivery/pick-up and finalize payment details. The original $250 deposit will come off of your final balance.
Then it is get ready for your big day and leave the florals in our hands. We will take excellent care of you!
